Josh is the owner of Sparkly Clean and an experienced leader of both large and small operational teams. His background in customer service, sales, and marketing helps him keep the company growing without losing sight of the details that make customers feel cared for. Guided by his faith and a genuine desire to serve others, Josh is happiest when helping his team develop, succeed, and reach their potential.

Kate helps keep Sparkly Clean financially organized, accountable, and moving in the right direction. Dependable and consistent, she reviews expenses, audits reports, and makes sure the company stays on track. Kate wears many hats and is always willing to step in wherever she’s needed to help get the job done. More than anything, she wants to see Sparkly Clean succeed, grow, and reach its full potential.

Off the Clock: Spending time with her kids, playing pickleball, listening to a good audiobook, and cross-stitching.

Morgan leads with kindness, optimism, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. His strong faith in God and commitment to doing the right thing shape how he serves customers, supports the team, and finds practical solutions when problems arise. Morgan enjoys developing the people around him, looking at the big picture, and continually reaching for the next level. He especially loves that his role keeps him outside and away from a desk.

Off the Clock: Spending time with his wife, snowmobiling, dirt biking, and “working” on his golf game.

Abby keeps the Sparkly Clean office running while making sure work never becomes too serious—or too quiet. Kind, energetic, and always ready to have fun, she loves planning company events and finding ways to help every team member feel recognized and valued. Abby hopes to become a Director of Human Resources someday, making her natural ability to connect with people an important part of Sparkly Clean’s growth.

Off the Clock: Singing, shooting, concerts, parties, family time, all things Halloween, and investigating a good conspiracy theory. Her music taste crosses plenty of genres, but a great beat and meaningful lyrics are nonnegotiable.

Rudy brings speed and skill to every job. He’s often the first to arrive, stays ahead of schedule, and genuinely enjoys delivering clean windows. Customers can count on Rudy to take care of them, while his coworkers appreciate his willingness to help and share the workload. Even with plenty of experience under his belt, Rudy is always looking for opportunities to learn and improve.

Off the Clock: Spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and family, playing video games, going to the movies, and working on vehicles and loves his truck

Xavier brings a smile, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to do his best every day. His personable nature makes him especially good with customers, helping them feel comfortable, heard, and valued throughout their service. Kind and approachable, Xavier has a natural ability to connect with people and brighten the day of both customers and coworkers.

A former bull rider, Jackson isn’t someone who backs down from a challenge. As one of Sparkly Clean’s newer team members, he has quickly become a versatile technician by learning to perform a wide range of services. Jackson holds himself to high standards and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every job is done right and every customer feels cared for. His energy, ambition, and sense of humor make him a great addition to the team—and he hopes to own a business of his own someday.

Off the Clock: Family, his girlfriend, MMA, and just about anything that gets the adrenaline pumping.

With more than two years at Sparkly Clean, Howie has earned a reputation as someone both the team and our customers can count on. When Howie is assigned to a job, we know it will be completed correctly and the customer will be well cared for. He shows up every day, handles his responsibilities, and never gives anyone a reason to worry. That same commitment to serving others is leading Howie toward his goal of becoming a firefighter.
