Sparkly 365 is a monthly window cleaning subscription that keeps your 10 exterior windows spotless every month for just $99. It includes hard water removal, a weather guarantee, and 20% off all other Sparkly Clean services.
2. How does Sparkly 365 work?
Once you sign up, we clean your chosen 10 exterior windows every month—rain or shine! If you want to change which windows get cleaned, you’ll need to be home to let our technician know.
3. Can I add more than 10 windows?
Yes! Additional windows can be cleaned for just $7 per window per visit.
4. What happens if it rains or snows?
No worries! We clean rain or shine, but if the weather affects the quality, our Weather Guarantee means we’ll come back for free touch-ups.
5. Can I skip a month?
No, Sparkly 365 is a subscription-based service, and cleanings happen every month. Even if you’re not home, we’ll clean your pre-selected windows.
6. Can I reschedule my cleaning?
Yes, but you must provide at least 72 hours’ notice, and the rescheduled cleaning must take place within one week of your original appointment.
7. What if I want to change which windows are cleaned?
You can switch up your selected windows anytime, but you must be home to notify the technician. Otherwise, we’ll clean the original windows on file.
8. Is there a contract?
Nope! You can cancel anytime, but if you do, there is a 6-month waiting period before you can rejoin Sparkly 365.
