What's the difference between Full Service and Ownership?
Full Service: we provide the lights, install, maintain, take down and store them, and you can change your design each year at no extra cost. Ownership: you purchase the lights the first year and pay only for labor in later years. You cover replacement bulbs and can store the lights yourself or have us do it.

Do I need to pay upfront?
A 60% deposit is required once you approve your quote. It secures your spot on the schedule and covers supplies. The remaining balance is due after installation. In following years we may require a partial deposit to get on the schedule.

Can I change my lighting design each year?
Full Service: yes, you can change colors and patterns once per season at no additional cost. Ownership: design changes require purchasing new lights plus labor to swap them out.

What happens if a light burns out during the season?
Full Service: just let us know and we'll fix or replace it within a few days, free of charge. Ownership: you're responsible for replacement bulbs, but we can help with repairs for an additional labor fee.

What types of lights do you use?
We use full-size C9 bulbs in both incandescent and LED options. LED bulbs are more energy-efficient and come in a variety of colors. We also offer custom wiring in colors that match your home's exterior.

Can I store my lights myself?
Ownership: yes, store them yourself or have us store them. Just let us know ahead of time. Full Service: we handle storage at no extra charge.

How long does installation take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project, but most installations are completed in one day.

Do you offer timers for the lights?
Yes. We offer outdoor timers so your lights turn on and off automatically, for added convenience and energy savings.

What if I want to add more lights in the future?
Full Service: you can add more lights as part of your seasonal service. Ownership: you'll purchase the additional lights and pay for the labor to install them.

Is there a warranty on the lights?
Full Service: the lights are covered for the whole season, and we handle any repairs or replacements. Ownership: the lights are yours to keep, so wear and tear or damage means purchasing replacement bulbs or parts.

What if the weather damages the lights?
Full Service: we'll repair or replace weather-damaged lights so your display stays looking great. Ownership: you cover replacement costs, but we can assist with installation and labor.

Do you offer discounts for returning customers?
We don't have a standard discount, but our pricing is competitive and returning customers often see savings in labor costs, especially with the Ownership option.

How long do the lights last?
LED C9 bulbs typically last 4 to 7 seasons, depending on use and weather. Expect to replace 10 to 20 bulbs a year on average due to wear from the elements.
